Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in using SQL and Plx to efficiently gather and transform data.
  • Ability to structure problems, make reasonable assumptions, and analyze datasets to find insights.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work on clearly defined tasks, escalating more complex issues to senior team members when needed.
  • Ability to proactively learn new technical skills for financial analysis, data visualization, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to communicate analyses, insights, and hypotheses to executive leadership and work collaboratively with teammates and business partners.

As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges.

As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you'll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. You'll provide senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support.

Financial Data Analysts combine strong business acumen and innovation to organize data, enable insights, and create data-driven financial recommendations to identify opportunities for GenAI, engineering, and process transformation and communicate insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
In this role, you will generate financial insights driven by spend, procurement, and xWF data and advise on financial matters to influence decisions aimed at maximizing operational efficiency, business impact, and financial returns. This is a highly collaborative role, regularly engaging with business leadership, engineering and product teams, GPO, and Biz Ops to solve a variety of business issues.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Use data analysis, stakeholder interviewing, business acumen, and innovation to identify opportunities for GenAI, engineering, and process transformation.
  • Perform data analysis, data visualization, data preparation, data maintenance, and dashboard creation using large and disparate data sets containing financial, procurement, and xWF data.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for executive finance and business partner leadership, synthesizing data to identify and explain trends and insights.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities for optimization, recommending changes, and helping implement them.
  • Manage project documents, meet deadlines, and communicate obstacles early to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Collaborate effectively with other teams, including GPO and Biz Ops.
