JOB TITLE: Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager
The Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for demand generation, sales enablement, and customer experience at the top of the funnel. This role manages the Marketing Lead and Sales Development team, coordinates outsourced vendors, and program-manages inbound CX across Bailey locations, ensuring that every call, lead, or digital inquiry is handled consistently and professionally. The ideal candidate is a player-coach who can drive growth strategy, manage people, and directly execute — running reports, configuring CRM dashboards, coaching inside sales, and driving cross-functional initiatives. The Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager reports directly to the President and works across all lines of business within the Bailey portfolio.
What You’Ll Do:
Marketing Management
- Manage Marketing Lead as a player-coach.
- Manage outsourced vendors, including digital marketing, branding, printing, etc.
- Execute targeted campaigns to support long term growth strategy and short-term priorities.
- Build a culture of accountability, results, and winning.
Sales Enablement & Intelligence
- Own CRM optimization, working with IT on implementation.
- Administer & drive adoption and optimal usage of sales intelligence tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Dodge, EDA) and deliver actional insights to sales teams.
- Develop sales collateral (decks, proposals, case studies, battlecards, etc.).Lead Generation
- Manage inside sales development reps and outsource lead generation partners, driving prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
- Ensure clean handoff to field sales and track funnel KPIs.
- Tracking leads through sales funnel for clear insight into performance and impact.
Inbound Customer Experience
- Program-manage inbound call and chat handling across Bailey locations (scripts, orchestration/routing, roles & responsibilities, tracking, etc.).
- Monitor and report on call performance (speed to answer, abandonment, etc.).
- Drive consistency and professionalism, creating a world class CX
Requirements
What You Bring:
- 7-12 years in B2B marketing, sales enablement, sales operations, or marketing & sales consulting; industry relevance preferred
- Proven “player-coach” with experience leading small teams while executing hands-on and the drive to get your hands dirty and get it done.
- CRM proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred).
- Strong Excel/BI and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with sales intelligence platforms.
- Experience managing outbound inside sales and inbound call centers (preferred).
- Strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.
