The Accounting Officer, A/R position entails crucial responsibilities in financial management and customer relations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

1. Billing and Collection
• Prepare invoices and billing statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Verify and summarize monthly customer billing information.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the accuracy of billing and collection documents.
• Handle bounced checks or returned payments, verify details, and forward to the accounting team for recording.

2. Accounts Receivable Management
• Monitor and follow up on customer payments in accordance with agreed terms via telephone, email, LINE, or other communication channels.
• Classify customers based on payment behavior and identify high-risk accounts.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to resolve issues related to overdue payments.

3. Data Recording
• Record and update payment transactions received from customers into the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate voucher records in the accounting system.

4. Customer Support
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance regarding billing and collection issues.
• Verify and update customer contact information; coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Handle specific cases where customer information is insufficient.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
 

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Age not over 45 years old, gender not specified.
• At least 2 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable.
 

  • Required Skills:
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • • Experience in Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
  • • Good communication skills, ability to negotiate and resolve issues effectively.
  • • Detail-oriented and able to work well with both internal teams and external parties.
  • Preferred Qualifications & Competencies
  • • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, particularly during month-end and year-end closing.
  • • Strong responsibility, honesty, patience, and professional commitment.
  • • Good team player with a collaborative mindset.
