Pick-up lenses from the warehouse – shelves

Manages lens movements in accordance with client orders, vendor receipts, and customer invoices

Achieves quantitative and qualitative reception of merchandise entries, verifying the correctness of the supplier's invoice versus the contents of the package, checking also sealed of the goods.

Keep in touch with lens suppliers and courier companies to track the status of deliveries

Attends inventory counting end of the month

Ensures physical stock management

Participates actively in the loading / unloading of goods to / from the company store 

Offers information related to inventories

Records, processes and maintains information about the stock situation and archives related documents

Reports the results of stock management activity on monthly basis

Effectively utilizes the cargo storage area

Provides stock movement

Makes transfers of goods from the central stock to other warehouses and vice versa

Issue of shipping permits for goods leaving the company, under the conditions stipulated by the law and keeping their records with the surrender / receipt signatures

Lists tax documents/invoices accompanying the merchandise and sends them to the customer, together with the goods

Centralizes and transmits stock lens orders to Hoya Group lens suppliers

Verifies the vendor's merchandise in accordance with the order placed to it, introduces the invoice for the acquisition of the merchandise from the veneer and creates the corresponding NIR.

Signal to the Department Director the quantitative and possibly qualitative differences as a result of the inventory process and proposes their resolution as appropriate.

Centralizes, prepares and deliver courier companies with which the company collaborates, customer parcels and other recipients.

Communicate with other colleagues in the Hoya Group in order to monitor the commands launched and to solve the problems with the logistics and lens quality elements.

Coordinate department daily activities in case of absence of WH Team Leader
