PROPX EQUIPMENT OPERATOR I

Summary of Position:
Must be able to conduct proper inspections. Learns how to rig-up/down PropX equipment and operate the equipment. Must be able to perform basic maintenance on equipment and troubleshooting. Drives various pieces of heavy equipment, operates a forklift, operates PropX belts and maintains all inspection paperwork. Works safely in a team environment and always keeps work equipment clean and neat.

• Maintains a DL.
• Ability to communicate and comprehend the efforts of others.
• Outstanding communication skills with field personnel and management.

• Ability to work in team environment.
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment physical.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for having equipment ready to pump on time.
• Checks all fluids and visually inspects all equipment prior to start-up.
• Ability to spot and rig up equipment in a safe and timely manner.
• Communicates with Sand Supervisor during all aspects of the job.
• Expected to run all PropX equipment and forklift.
• The Equipment Operator’s responsibility is with the equipment, not wandering away from it.
• Communicates any issues to sand supervisor.
• Performs basic preventative maintenance.
• Ensures proper LOTO procedures are followed.
• Completes all necessary inspection forms for each piece of equipment.
• Assists in housekeeping before leaving location.

• Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
• May be required to work in various weather conditions.
• Requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling crouching, crawling, climbing, balancing, lifting, carrying, reaching, etc. with arms, hands, and fingers.

Salary:
$18/HR - $21/HR
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
