We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our team specializing in Parts for our Service Operations Department in Langley, United Kingdom.
This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm

- Driving Operational Efficiency: Through accurate processing of transactions and paperwork, you’ll help streamline parts counter operations and reduce delays.
- Strengthening Internal Collaboration: Working closely with technicians and other personnel to source parts fosters teamwork and improves service delivery.
- Mentoring and Developing Others: Sharing your knowledge and guiding less experienced team members will elevate the overall capability of the parts department.
- Supporting Continuous Improvement: Your participation in improvement projects contributes to innovation and better processes within the department.
- Boosting Revenue Opportunities: Identifying upsell opportunities for supporting products and services adds value for customers and supports business growth.
- Maintaining Inventory Accuracy and Organization: By managing stock levels and warehouse activities, you’ll help ensure parts availability and a clean, organized workspace.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Strong Inventory & Core Management Skills: You’ll need to effectively manage service core parts, engines, and local store inventory using core flow processes and inventory control methodologies to meet operational and customer expectations.
- Technical Proficiency with Systems & Tools: Familiarity with systems like QSOL for parts identification, and order life cycle systems for processing and managing customer orders, is essential for accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Success depends on your ability to deliver proactive support throughout the order life cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication and resolution of queries.
- Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills: Managing API counts, cycle counts, transport requests, and warehouse activities requires precision, consistency, and a well-organized approach to avoid errors and delays.
Education/ Experience
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills.
- Requires significant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
