As the Facilities Maintenance Area Manager you will play a pivotal role in being onsite at our each of our locations ensuring proper inventory management and vendor management, with a focus on bowling maintenance. Previous experience with bowling operations is required, and you must be willing to travel to all eight locations. This is a hands-on position where you will work closely with our operations teams and will be responsible for completing any and all tasks assigned to you in an efficient manner. This leader will ensure our venue operates at peak performance, with a primary focus on bowling maintenance, safety, and overall facility upkeep. You will be responsible for ordering parts, supplies and tools, and ensuring they are ordered at an expedited speed. 

Requirements

Requirements:

• Must have previous bowling maintenance experience
• Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel up to 60%
• Brunswick pinsetter minimum 2 years involved on GS NXT, GS9
• On call and available for requests that may come at any time
• Consistent venue presence outside of travel requirements
• Comfortable with ordering parts, tools, supplies etc.
• Inventory management, spot checking tools and supplies as well as maintaining the venue upkeep
• Strong communication and partnership skills
• This is a role that requires you to be on your feet for your entire shift and lift heavier objects
