Social Media Assistant

Salary/Position Classification

• $15.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 2 to 6 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): Yes

Purpose Of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Posting to Physical Therapy social media accounts on a routine basis. 
• Person will collaborate with the PT Chair, faculty, and staff and the Office of Alumni and Community Relations on social media content and strategy and in identifying interesting stories and activities to share with current and future students, alumni, and the community at large. 
• Posts must adhere to UND and the SMHS branding and guidelines. 

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Skills in using Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms as appropriate
• Ability to manage time and schedule postings
• Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications

• Some skills in photography and photo editing for media platforms
• Current student enrolled in the professional PT Program
