The Production Specialist is a full-time position reporting to the Client Service Manager. For this role, we are looking for someone who can maintain our Web Stores by collaborating with our support team, adding/editing Web Store items, and creating electronic forms in a fast-paced environment. You will also provide outstanding service to clients through phone and email support.

What You’Ll Be Doing:

• Implement client requests, electronic forms, and add/edit items in a template environment.
• Update client marketing materials and documentation as needed
• Document and use helpdesk software
• Update and maintain client data base accuracy
• Communicate client progress and issues to multiple departments
• Must be able to commute to and work in an office environment
• Performs other duties as needed

Requirements

Who You Are:

• You have a High School Diploma, with a 2- or 4-year degree preferred
• You are experienced with MS Office, and have an affinity for technology
• You have previous Administrative experience
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
• You are skillful at managing time and prioritizing tasks
• You are proficient data entry skills
• You have the ability to work well on a team as well as independently
• You have a willingness to learn
• You are detail oriented and accurate
• You are able to hold yourself accountable and strive for improvement

The starting hourly rate for this position typically starts between $18.00 - 21.00  Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, location, and equity with internal team members.  

For remote positions, employees must reside in one of the following locations:AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IN, IL, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.   All other states are not in consideration for this role at this time.
