Position Overview

Valiant Residential is seeking a marketing professional who blends technical SEO expertise with creative acumen. In this role you will design and maintain apartment community websites using the company’s content-management system, craft and implement SEO-rich copy across web pages and digital campaigns, and guide onsite teams with social-media calendars and best practices. You’ll also collaborate on digital campaigns using platforms like Meta Business Suite and Google, coordinate with 3rd party vendors on print designs and media deliverables and analyze performance metrics to refine strategy. This role requires close partnership with internal teams and external vendors to deliver engaging, compliant marketing that consistently advances Valiant Residential’s community goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design & maintain apartment community websites using proprietary CMS (content management system). 
  • Write and optimize SEO-rich copy, create compelling, search-friendly copy for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns. 
  • Manage technical SEO, oversee backend SEO practices such as metadata, tags, and keywords. Monitor search performance and adjust strategy to improve results while ensuring content complies with Fair Housing guidelines.  
  • Regularly monitor SEO performance, analyze insights, and adjust strategy to improve results.  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite teams regarding social-media best practices.  
  • Develop monthly content calendars and “plug-and-play" resources for onsite teams, and schedule RSS feed content across platforms 
  • Coordinate digital campaign creative assets, collaborate with paid media manager on campaigns 

Requirements

  •  Experience: 1–3 years’ experience in SEO-focused marketing, copywriting or digital design with multifamily or real-estate experience as a plus. Proficiency in CMS platforms and web design is essential for maintaining accurate and engaging websites. 
  • SEO Expertise: Demonstrated ability to conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content and implement strategies that improve rankings and support paid media. 
  • Creative & Visual Skills: Strong design sense and ability to produce digital and print assets; capable of aligning visuals with messaging to elevate campaigns. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite 
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal skills to work cross-functionally with property managers, regional supervisors and other departments. A customer-service orientation and collaborative mindset are essential. 
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with keen attention to detail to maintain brand consistency across channels 
  • Self-motivation & Adaptability – comfortable working independently and collaboratively; highly trainable and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.  
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field
