Sr Supervisor ( HSA Maintenance Engineering)

About Our Group:

HSA Maintenance Engineering is responsible to ensure all production equipment in factory are in good condition ranging from high-end robotic automation to precision tooling methodology. We work closely with manufacturing and Frontline Technician team to ensure Automation manufacturing went smoothly in term of Cost, Delivery and Quality for HSA operation. 

About The Role - You Will:

• Supervise and Lead: Oversee daily maintenance activities of the technician team, providing guidance, support, and direction.
• Manpower management and improvement : Manage manpower to ensure enough support for production line , coaching and work with engineering team to provide training and development opportunities for technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and timely completion of tasks including project implementation.
• Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of work performed by technicians, conducting regular inspections and audits including ensure on safety and regulatory compliance.
• Support other deliverable job in regarding maintenance engineering related activity.

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees.
