Description

Develop and maintain an IT roadmap aligned with corporate goals and business priorities. • Establish IT service management processes (incident, problem, change management) for consistent, auditable delivery. • Oversee Azure-based infrastructure, hybrid environments, and identity/access management. • Ensure uptime, resilience, and disaster recovery across mortgage technology platforms (LOS, POS, CRM). • Implement automation, monitoring, and optimization to improve efficiency and reduce risk. • Own the company’s cybersecurity posture, including access control, patch management, and incident response. • Lead vendor-driven audits, penetration testing, and compliance reporting. • Protect sensitive borrower and corporate data in alignment with SOC 2, GLBA, GDPR, and other standards. • Manage internal IT staff and external contractors, fostering accountability and technical excellence. • Define SLAs for IT support services and hold outsourced providers to measurable performance. • Monitor incident response times, resolution quality, and end-user satisfaction. • Drive modernization and digital transformation initiatives, including system upgrades and integrations. • Lead cross-functional IT projects, ensuring they are delivered securely, on time, and on budget.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5–7 years of progressive IT experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role. • Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud platforms, networking, and endpoint management. • Proficiency with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices. • Experience managing vendors and negotiating contracts. • Excellent leadership, communication, and change-management skills. • Familiarity with compliance standards (SOC 2, GLBA, GDPR, HIPAA).
