To strengthen the performance of our industrial operations and support our ambitious business objectives, we are recruiting an Operations Director BU PWR Grid Central Europe to lead key strategic initiatives across the Power Grid CEU Business Unit.

Reporting directly to the BU Managing Director, this role oversees the execution of major Capex projects and the deployment of harmonized industrial methodologies with a strong emphasis on digital tools and the operationalization of our Next Level excellence framework.

The Operations Director BU Grid CEU position involves the secure and define implementation and development of industrial capabilities and footprint according business plan and market trend. Align methodology and processes to develop homogeneous understanding of business development and follow-up, integrating new solutions and operationel excellence tools.

How To Make An Impact

• Ensure the achievement of the objectives in term operational performance and development through the implementation of defined monitoring of industrial tools and the management of strategic projects.
• Define & deploy the technical roadmap of the BU in coordination with BG Engineering/Marketing & Group Innovation to meet performance expectations & market requirement.

Your Starting Points When You Join

• Proven experience in Operations management.
• Practical experience of Industrial Excellence, structured & systematic way.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Leadership experience with international exposure.
• Wide exposure to different technologies & Engineering (metallurgy, cable manufacturing, logistics).
