Team Leader - Software

Application Support during Business Hours and weekend on call support Experience in L2 application support on mainframe platforms. Strong understanding of ACH and PEP+ payment systems, transaction flows, and file formats. Proficiency in JCL, COBOL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and FTP/SFTP protocols. Experience with mainframe scheduling tools e.g.,TWS. Familiarity with FTP & Sterling file transfer gateways Familiarity with ITIL processes Incident, Problem, Change Management. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
