Junior Financial Controller

Your Mission

As a Junior Controller, you will join our team to provide support across accounting, reporting and control activities, while developing strong analytical and financial management skills. This role is designed for someone at the beginning of their career, eager to learn, proactive and dynamic.

• Accounting support: assist with daily accounting records, reconciliations and monthly closing tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Financial reporting: collaborate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, supporting variance analysis and internal reviews.
• Accounts receivable & payable: support the monitoring of outstanding balances, payment follow-ups and reconciliations, ensuring data is properly updated.
• Treasury support: assist in monitoring cash flows, payment processes and bank reconciliations.
• Documentation & compliance: maintain accurate and updated records of contracts, invoices and other financial documentation, ensuring traceability.
• Budget and forecasting: support the team in preparing budget updates, collecting data and assisting in variance tracking.
• Process improvement: collaborate in ongoing efficiency and digitalisation initiatives.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
• Proactive, eager to learn and adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Team player with good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Advanced use of Excel for financial analysis; exposure to BI tools (Power BI) will be a plus.
• English level: Upper-intermediate. English test will be conducted.
