POSITION / TITLE: PARTNER SALES DIRECTOR - TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS

Summary

The ideal candidate will be well versed in partnerships/business development and selling enterprise software into the Enterprise or large Service Provider markets. The Partner Sales Director is responsible for developing a designated territory and concentrating on building and fostering partnerships during the entire technology adoption journey with Kore.ai.  This is a hybrid sales / partner enablement role, so strong sales skills from discovery to close is required. The individual must be passionate about technology and technology trends, particularly about Conversational AI platform development and customer & employee engagement automation as they evangelize within their partner’s organization.

LOCATION: Remote, NA

Responsibilities:

      Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets from sell-through and sell-with sales motions

      Accurate forecasting and territory planning

      Transform your partner’s business while generating new revenue streams with Conversational AI and ML technology.

      Achieve new revenue for Kore.ai with new and existing technology partners who showcase our capabilities in various markets, apps, industries, and use cases.

      Structure creative pricing and financial models to maximize revenue while driving long-term partner success

      Account mapping and deal coordination for collaborative field sales from marketplace app listings

      Designing, executing, and closing on technical and GTM joint value partnership campaigns

      Advocating for and spearheading demand generation and awareness marketing for and with your partners to reach territory goals

Must Have Skills:

      Minimum 10+ years of combined experience in business development, major account or strategic sales, managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products or solutions for their customers required

      Strong familiarity with technology platforms, AI and ML technology, contact center, and B2B cloud marketplace go-to-market required

      Strong knowledge of the NAM partner ecosystem including current relationships with Technology Sales Distributors / Master Agents required.  Additional partner type experience is highly preferred - VAR, SI, MSP, etc

      Diligently manage opportunities with Kore.ai sales teams and be the go-to expert for our Partners’ business and solutions in your territory

      Work cross-functionally across Partner Marketing, Partner Enablement, Product Management, and Sales teams of both Kore.ai and your partners

      Manage and report business through accurate forecasting, stakeholder updates, and quarterly business reviews

      Humble, honest, driven cross-functional master comfortable with change and navigating ambiguity

      Accountable with a sense of urgency and capable of leading teams by influence

      Proven track record of consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals

      Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

      Strong bias to action and excellent time management and prioritization skills

      Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting technical and business value to C-level executives

      Proven consultative sales solution skills, including articulating a clear, concise return on investment value statement

      Comfortable working with business and highly technical leaders while influencing their understanding and building supportive partnerships

      Demonstrated track record of managing business forecasts and financial models

      Entrepreneurial mindset with an appetite to define processes and build programs

      Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment

      Account planning and execution, strong time & priority management skills

      Proven ability to lead and assist in business case development with partners

      Willingness to travel up to 40%

Education Qualification

      Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience. MBA preferred

Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position ranges from $150,000 - $160,000.  Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
