Marketing Executive - Vietnam

This role will support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, and public relations initiatives to strengthen our brand presence and promote clean energy solutions. The Marketing Executive will assist in content creation, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring smooth delivery of marketing activities that align with business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer who is eager to grow in a fast-paced and impactful renewable energy industry.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing activities including campaigns, events, partnerships, advertising, and promotions to promote Solarvest Vietnam’s clean energy solutions.
• Assist in creating and updating content across website, social media, email, press releases, and marketing collaterals.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and suppliers for marketing events, sales tools, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to increase partnership value and build credibility.
• Identify promotional opportunities through media, advertising, events, social media, KOLs and other relevant channels.
• Responsible for public relations and stakeholder management, including local content support such as photography and videography.
• Monitor competitor activities, industry news, and marketing trends, and provide regular updates to the team.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on marketing campaign performance and expenses.
• Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure activities are cost-effective and within approved limits.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing deliverables are aligned with business needs.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing projects and events.
• Handle ad-hoc marketing tasks and projects as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) standards and local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, events, or public relations, preferably in B2B or renewable energy.
• Strong executional skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media, and content creation.
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience coordinating vendors, agencies, and partners for events and promotions.
• Team player with a proactive and creative mindset.
