Global Supply Chain & Customer Service Specialist

Are you passionate about keeping supply chains running smoothly and ensuring customers receive their products on time? JTI GBS Manila is looking for a Global Supply Chain & Customer Service Specialist to support order-to-delivery processes and partner with markets, factories, suppliers, and logistics providers. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across global operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Order & Supply Coordination: Process sales and purchase orders in SAP ECC/IBP, monitor shipments in the Transportation Module, and ensure timely delivery of products in line with customer and market requirements.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare SAP and non-SAP documents (e.g., invoices, certificates of origin, customs clearance papers) in accordance with JTI policies and customer regulations. Ensure compliance with J-SOX and audit requirements.
  • Customer & Market Support: Act as a link between factories, suppliers, logistics partners, and markets, resolving issues promptly to guarantee high-quality service and smooth operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: React swiftly to changes in taxation, regulations, or supply conditions. Analyze business impact, propose solutions, and support initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, R&D, Global Logistics, and other functions to resolve order, billing, and vendor payment issues while supporting end-to-end business continuity.

What We’Re Looking For:

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Customer Service within a multinational environment; at least 12 months in a GSC & CS Associate role (preferred).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as French or Spanish are an asset.
  • Proficiency in SAP Hana or other ERP systems, with solid MS Office skills.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes and order-to-delivery operations.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
