The Opportunity:
The Fixtures Executive role is responsible for the seamless planning and execution of all branded fixtures and grid updates into all ANZ Doors. Reporting into the Manager of Visual Merchandising, the role will work in close partnership with Space Planning, Category Management, Supply Chain and Retail Operations.

- Serve as the primary HQ liaison to Brand and Suppliers for Visual Merchandising changeovers (Grids and Graphics) and ongoing updates.
- Coordinating the planning, production, delivery, and installation in collaboration with internal and external suppliers.
- Ensuring all brand updates are received in store prior to the update changeover date and communicating any issues to HQ VM team.
- Become the primary point of contact for all updates (Grid and Graphics) for new store openings working alongside the VM Operations and VM Manager to ensure a all elements are received for opening.
- Working alongside the VM Executive to co-ordinate the pre-planning of major update schedule to ensure seamless execution across all stores.
- Supporting the store team in maintaining store presentation standards for all fixtures.
- Managing and updating the fixtures budget.

- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Project and Brand Management experience.
- Previous experience with in-store visual merchandising design and development.
- Strong planning, organization, follow-up and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, efficiently and with initiative.
- Results-oriented and resourceful.
