Are you a people-focused professional with a knack for leadership and customer success? We’re looking for an Onboarding Success Assistant Team Leader to deliver top-tier onboarding experiences and support our growing team.

🔹 What You’ll Do

Customer Onboarding

• Guide new customers through setup, preferences, and best practices.
• Deliver engaging onboarding sessions (live and virtual).
• Provide proactive support to encourage long-term customer success.

Team Support

• Be the go-to support when the Team Manager is unavailable.
• Handle non-technical escalations, approve discounts within limits, and assist with team rostering or webinar coverage.

Training & Development

• Stay updated on our products and services.
• Share insights and support team growth in onboarding excellence.

Sales & Reporting

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling.
• Maintain detailed customer records and help assign account managers.

Coordination & Improvement

• Work with internal teams to ensure seamless customer handovers.
• Identify process improvements and support policy development.

✅ What You Bring

• Experience in customer onboarding, support, or client success.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership or team coordination experience is a bonus.
• Familiarity with BoxBrownie.com is helpful but not required.
