Reporting to the Commercial Director in Levant region, the sales and marketing supervisor is a key role in leading sales activities and ensure the right implementation for the promotional activities all over the country, to optimize the current products portfolio and assess to expand for further new products registrations and launches.  He or she will lead the sales activities, supervise marketing planning and implantation, and collaborate with field force employees working on PSI products.

He or She will be primarily passionate to implement the Marketing strategy for the PSI products. Additionally, will be responsible for a wide variety of projects, including, but not limited to HCP engagement, Convention Planning, Promotional Speaker Training, and scientific knowledge training to the field force.

He or She will be based in Iraq

Key Responsibilities:

Sales And Field Management :

  • Collaborate with field force employees working on PSI products.
  • Provide the necessary training to the team who work on PSI products whether product or scientific knowledge.
  • Build, drive and lead engagement and interactions with KOLs.
  • Support and build collaborative relationships with the area matrix teams (sales, market access, sales operations)
  • Accountable for ensuring brands meet or exceed annual revenue and unit forecasts.
  • Support in the development, evaluation, and delivery of diagnostic strategy for the current and future products.

Marketing And Marketing Planning Implementation:

  • Develop and implement pre-launch/pre-implementation awareness campaigns related to marketing
  • Events Planning –including creation of all promotional materials, coordination of meeting logistics, communications and post meeting follow up.
  • Development and execution of the Promotional events, speaker training, materials development, communications and follow up.
  • Development of marketing promotional materials aligned with company strategy and support internal submissions and reviews with other departments.

Skills, Knowledge And Abilities:

  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry in Iraq and proven ability to work in start-up environment.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in sales processes and product launches
  • Demonstrate expertise in tactical plan, new launches, and product promotion.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Must have Products launch experience, knowledge in tender is an added value.
  • Experience in managing a mixed portfolio.
  • Strong experience in build relations and coordinate with HCPs.
  • Solid understanding of the Iraqi market dynamics and can access all Iraqi provinces.
  • Expected travelling around 30% of time within the country.
