Specialist III, Quality

Primary Purpose Summary

This position is expected to oversee and manage Quality Control activities of Goldrain.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities  
- Focus on monitoring the production process at partner. The incumbent will also be responsible for problem-solving, applying their technical knowledge and experience to address any quality issue. 
- Offer color matching support
- New product qualification in cooperation with partner
- Responsible key customer on site audit for partner. Based on the specific requirements and expectations of our most important clients.
- As communicate channel for quality problem between Global Aptar and partner; 
- Support customer complaint investigate and follow up corrective action effective.
- Outgoing inspection for finish and semi-product.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

• Required Qualifications
• - Bachelor’s degree or above, engineering background.  
• - At least 5 years working experience, and at least 3 years QC or QE team management experience in manufacturing company.
• - Strong problem-solving skill and Good learning skills.
• - Be master at quality control tools, such as SPC, PFMEA. 
• - Good communication, sensitive, active, conscientious.
• - Quality management mindset.
• - Fluent proficiency in English.
