SCOPE: The Principal Gifts Coordinator is responsible for providing executive-level operational administrative support to the Principal Gifts Officers and team by partnering in caseload management, fundraising stewardship, and various functions and tasks.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate Principal Gifts donor caseload management and multi-agency investors, maintaining a complex calendar of proposals, reports, move management, and multi-agency engagements for major and mega donor accounts.
- Ensure fulfillment of proactive, routine, and above-and-beyond moves management for Principal Gifts’ caseloads.
- Draft professional and confidential communication with internal stakeholders, partner agencies, and Principal Gifts donor caseload contacts.
- Manage account data in Salesforce for the Principal Gifts caseloads; execute timely designation of gifts, forecasting, and data updates to ensure report accuracy for Seed Company’s top 10 givers, assisting in informing Executive Leadership for timely decision-making and budgeting.
- Initiate Salesforce research and project support requests, ensuring comprehensive service towards Principal caseload with the Investor Operations team and project management team.
- Closely manage the creation and fulfillment of the yearly Impact Report, and/or Development Working Group quarterly briefings and special projects, maintaining detailed records for a multi-agency caseload of several hundred report recipients.
- Planning and management of cross-department teams to execute a timely delivery of the Impact Report fulfillment and/or Working Group quarterly briefings, and special projects.
- Track translation projects and checkouts between Bible Translation agencies, enforcing timeline requirements, brand standards, and best practices in cross-agency collaboration to ensure excellent experiences for Principal Gifts investors within Seed Company and the illumiNations movement.
- Serve as a power user in Adobe Pro or InDesign, editing and printing of illumiNations and Seed Company-branded reports.
- Prepare presentations and proposals, supporting documents, and other materials in support of investor meetings, presenting key data with creativity and clarity for a wide variety of audiences.
- Support the Director, Principal Group in administering team collaboration, meetings, and calendaring.
- Serve as the backup host for weekly Principal Gifts Team connects, tactical caseload meetings, and regular touchpoints with the CEO regarding the President's caseload.
Supervisory Responsibility:
- No supervision requirements.
Other Duties:
- Attend and participate in a variety of meetings and task force groups as directed and maintain required level of knowledge pertaining to operating procedures, requirements, processes, and policies.
- Lead and/or participate in projects or task force groups that focus on issues having organization-wide impact.
- Perform or assist with any assignments as required or directed.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment within a highly collaborative, synergistic, high-paced team.
Physical Demands:
Occasional exertion up to 10 pounds, lifting a box of paper, moving chairs, tables and sliding doors.
Travel:
Travel is required between 10 to 15% annually.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising or a related field.

- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
