Sharpcontra is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Customer Account Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. You’ll handle account inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure clients receive the highest standard of service that Sharpcontra is known for.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for assigned customer accounts
- Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries and concerns
- Monitor account status and proactively follow up on service updates or issues
- Maintain accurate records of all client communications and interactions
- Collaborate with internal departments (billing, logistics, support) to ensure seamless client service
- Identify potential growth opportunities within assigned accounts
- Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through Sharpcontra’s service processes
- Uphold the company’s quality standards and represent our brand with professionalism
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
- Competitive salary: $58,000 – $64,000 annually
