Job Description

• Monitors financial target achievement, risks and opportunities. Analyzes, interprets and summarizes cross-functional information. Active engagement with cross-functional leadership to provide governance on financial goals
• Provides trustfully decision relevant information/recommendation to management including evaluation of different scenarios. Is able to communicate appropriately relevant information to management
• Conduct technical implementation and configuration of Data & Analytics solutions and transition to operations for ongoing customer success
• Supports development of new business models

Qualifications

• Minimally 5+ years work experience is required
• 2+ years of work experience in analytics in a management facing role
• Able to communicate effectively in Japanese and English, both verbally and in writing
• Proficient in SAP, MS Office, Statistical Modelling & Digitization trends
• Ability to work with colleagues on all levels of the organizations
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure; adapt to work under given timeline
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented, logical thinking, strong learning ability, sense of responsibility and team work are required
