Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to support our team in daily operational and organizational activities. This role combines elements of administrative coordination with the opportunity to participate in project and development initiatives. We seek a self-reliant, well-organized person who enjoys streamlining processes and can pay attention to details while understanding the broader context of the organization's activities.
Main Tasks:
- Coordination of equipment and documentation flow: Manage the issuance, return, protocols, and labeling of equipment and documents.
- Office functionality: Ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- HR support: Assist with onboarding new employees and updating contact information.
- Preparation of operational summaries and reports: Compile lists of equipment and employee data.
- Feedback collection: Gather feedback from employees and relay it to the appropriate teams.
- Process improvement and project support: Participate in the enhancement of internal processes and support ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office,
- English and Polish language skills at a B2 level,
- Experience in a similar position,
- Strong organizational skills,
- Ability to work independently,
- Detail-oriented with a broad understanding of organizational activities,
- Experience in administrative coordination and process improvement is a plus.
Additional Information
Work is conducted in a hybrid system: 3 days a week from our office in Warsaw.
