We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and excellence seeking individual to join our Supply Chain Operations team on a 7-month contract basis. As a Warehouse Fulfilment & Third Party Delivery Administrator, you will oversee the tracking of parcels packed in warehouses and ensure that third-party couriers collect and deliver parcels on time. Your role will include liaising with service providers to ensure the timely and efficient operation of delivery processes, and effectively communicating with teams internally. 

What You’Ll Do

• Track and manage parcels packed in warehouses, providing updates and escalating issues as needed.
• Monitor the collection and delivery of parcels by third-party couriers to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Engage with service providers and internal stakeholders to provide and receive updates on parcel status.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalate issues where SOPs require updates.
• Track key KPIs related to warehouse fulfilment and courier performance, communicating reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct investigations into delayed parcels, escalating issues through the appropriate channels.
• Adapt to and support additional functions outside core responsibilities as business needs require.

Who You Are:

This Job Is For You If You Have:

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, Returns or reverse logistics warehouse operations (experience in 
• Reliable transport to travel to the office
• Online / eCommerce / Omni-channel retail experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Good analytical skills to analyse data and make informed decisions
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across different departments
• Willingness to adapt to changes in the supply chain and proactively seek solutions.
