Job Description
The Head of CRM Operations is the strategist behind all regulatory and transactional CRM activities. Leading the way with continuous A/B testing and lifecycle optimisation, this role ensures every process and communication is fine-tuned to deliver a seamless, frictionless customer experience.
Working hand in hand with key stakeholders, the Head of CRM Operations within the Sports area, plays a vital role in shaping CRM strategies that not only meet compliance standards but also drive performance—making a direct impact on Tipico’s success.

- Your playing field
- Implement proactive CRM strategies by designing and executing a forward-looking sales strategy that leverages predictive models and data-driven insights to move from reactive to proactive customer engagement both on-site and off-site throughout the entire customer journey
- Oversee regulatory campaigns by managing all actions focused on compliance, monitoring KPIs such as KYC success rates and correctly submitted documentation (e.g., for SOW), and continuously optimising performance
- Enhance customer journeys by partnering with stakeholders to refine and optimise CRM user journeys, improving overall customer satisfaction, usability, and engagement
- Optimize team performance by boosting efficiency through automation, streamlining processes, and leveraging tools to enhance effectiveness and impact
Qualifications
Which skills you should bring to the pitch
- Education. Degree in Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field
- Experience. 4+ years in a similar role, applying marketing and sales theories to CRM. Bonus points for experience in the German market
- Leadership. Proven people management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Language. Fluent in spoken and written English. German is a plus, especially as we’re the #1 sports betting company in Germany
- Communication. You are a great communicator, with excellent presentation skills.
- Mindset. You’re a true playmaker, putting the customer at the center of every decision and taking ownership of your work from start to finish. Self-motivated and adaptable, you thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and see every challenge as a chance to score big.
