A Day In The Life:
As the Corp Facilities Assistant, you'll be the backbone of keeping our awesome facilities in top shape! Get ready to dive into the thrilling world of facilities management, ensuring our buildings are buzzing with energy and maintained to perfection every single day. Your role will be all about preserving the vibe and keeping things running smoothly, making sure our spaces are as dynamic and exciting as the Monster Energy brand itself!
The Impact You'Ll Make:
- Support facilities management and oversee the facility in the areas of facilities maintenance, day-to-day operations, building condition, general upkeep, janitorial, housekeeping. Monitor all building conditions, ensure facility is inspection ready at all times, and all repairs and improvements are made in a timely and proficient manner. Provide suggestions for repair, improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Manage the shuttle program and drivers, fill-in as alternate driver as necessary. Ability to drive a forklift and assist office services as necessary.
- Manage employees and vendors by assigning duties and overseeing the work of contractors to ensure facilities maintenance needs are met (electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, ventilation, roofing, security, etc.)
- Audit employee locations for accurate seating records. Process employee updates promptly and accurately.
Who You Are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or related field of study.
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in facility, warehouse maintenance in a management position.
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in HVAC, building codes, plumbing, electrical repairs.
- Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office proficient.
- Preferred Certifications: N/A.
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Drivers license is required.
Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation package witha pay per performance approach. This position has an annual estimated hourly pay range of $16.00 - $21.00. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
