Job Description

LGC is seeking a Workforce Management Lead on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to drive the operationalization of our Workforce Management program. This strategic role will collaborate across HR Operations, Finance Technology, FP&A, Talent Acquisition, and HR Analytics to deliver workforce management excellence. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and evolve the Workforce Management program across LGC.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align workforce strategy with business goals.
• Translate workforce insights into actionable plans and process improvements.
• Create documentation around processes and lead training workshops for stakeholders across LGC.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Tableau (or similar visual analytics software) 
• Broad understanding of HR systems and their interactions (e.g., ticketing platforms).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Understanding the interrelationships and activities between HR Headcount Management and Finance Forecasting/Planning.
• Logical thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving.
