Are You An Experienced Fp&A Analyst Ready To Take On Your Next Challenge In Driving Strategic Planning And Decision-Making For A Growing Fintech?
We’re looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our finance team at Thredd on a 9-month fixed-term contract. As our FP&A Analyst you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, driving revenue forecasting, and providing actionable insights to guide business growth. You’ll use your advanced analytical skills and tools such as Power BI to develop financial models, automate reporting, and deliver clear insights that enable data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing as an FP&A Analyst
- Driving financial insights by collaborating across teams to analyse data from our warehouse and multiple sources, fuelling strategic decisions and growth
- Leading the annual revenue budgeting process and developing rolling quarterly forecasts to provide updated projections
- Building and maintaining sophisticated forecasting models, including ARR, revenue, and expense scenarios
- Creating and managing dashboards and reports in Power BI to track KPIs and financial metrics
- Conducting detailed variance analysis to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities in performance
- Partnering with Sales Teams and Credit Control to identify revenue opportunities and optimise results
- Delivering strategic financial recommendations to senior management to support business growth
What you’ll bring to the FP&A Analyst position
- Fully qualified CIMA or ACCA (or equivalent professional qualification)
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel (including pivot tables), with strong data visualisation and automation skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite Oracle
- Expertise in financial modelling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis
- Proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets and translate findings into clear recommendations
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with global teams across multiple functions

This FP&A Analyst position requires you to be in the London office (Holborn) two days per week.
