Job Description

Defines and applies the appropriate Methods and Tools in Plant/Country in order to improve the operational performance in area of responsibility;

• Define and monitor the annual CI plan with Plant management.
• Participate in OPEX audits to ensure alignment with goals and strategy.
• Deploy and sustain OPEX systems, methods, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with OPEX routines and tools.
• Develop and implement training/coaching plans on OPEX methods and tools.
• Select and apply appropriate tools from the OPEX toolbox.
• Manage CI processes to engage employees in daily improvements.
• Act as PMO for CI projects, workshops, and PIP activities.
• Build OPEX resource skills through training and development plans.
• Lead best practice identification, implementation, and sharing.
• Level of education : Engineer in technical field

Qualifications

Language : Fluent in English & French 

Professional Skills : Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement Techniques, Auditing, 5S, Problem Solving Techniques, Value Stream Mapping, Best Practices, Kaizen, Six Sigma
