Medical Associate - Part-Time - 3-month contract role

Our FYidoctors Dartmouth  clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Medical Associate.    This position is a part-time, 3-month contract role working  20-29 hours per week, Monday to Thursday.    You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world-class service to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients everyday. As a Medical Associate, you will be responsible for front desk reception as well as pre-testing duties and will often be the first point of contact with patients.   If you have a passion for people and a drive to deliver an exceptional customer service experience, we’d love to hear from you! • Primary focus is on pre-testing patients before they see the Optometrist  
• Secondary focus is on assisting other areas of the clinic as needed 
• Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills  

  What Do You Bring? 

• Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
• A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
• A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
• An ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
