Responsibilities And Duties

  1. Daily transactions
  • Follow up clients’ inquiries and co-operate with other related department to ensure smooth daily transactions 
  • Follow up customer’s daily transactions including loan, fixed deposit, FX, remittance, trade related transactions…
  • Control custody, chitbook, dormant account, expired IRC/Operating licences/Projects....
  • Coordinate with Business support team to follow up KYC matter
  • Ensure the completion of the bank’s procedure in all transactions
  • Other duties as per assigned by RMs and Supervisor  
  1. Credit issues
  • Financial data input into GBR system 
  • Prepare credit check sheet/documentation
  • Prepare credit application as per assgined
  1. Reporting   
  • Handle & prepare different reports of team as per assigned 

Requirements:

  • Skills: English proficiency in 4 skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Good ability of time management to deal with multi tasks smoothly.
  • Characteristics: high sense of responsibility and compliance; detail orientation; ability to work with accuracy, meet set deadline, and being punctual.
  • Experience: at least 1 year experience in front-office in banking or financial service
  • Japanese speaking (from N2) is an advantage
