Job Overview

Provides analytic support on transportation policies, procedures and practices to ensure cost control and delivery efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Responsibilities:  
• Handling interco customer orders from entry to delivery
• Respond to customer inquiries in time and coordinate with internal teams to provide support and solution  
• Review customer backlog daily, create delivery and shipment base on customer request, and meet STS STR target
• Pre-book containers with forwarder, work with cross functions to utilize container space and choose the best economic mode
• Build good relationships with internal and external customers to improve customer satisfaction
• Prepare and update reports upon request
• Prepare customer required documents like test report, COO certificate etc.
• Other tasks assigned by manager

What Your Background Should Look Like

• Requirements:      
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Be proactive and positive
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
