Responsible for all quality topics in the production.

What You’Ll Be Doing

    Plan, implement and maintain the quality on the shopfloor
    Handle daily quality challenges in production to ensure the planned production can be realized
    Develope quality documentation to support analysis and improvement of production quality performance, such as FMEA, control plan, flow chart, RCCA, gap/problem troubleshoot, etc.
    Train & guide QC/operator for quality standards, quality tools and working instruction to ensure that they understand and implement properly according to quality requirements
    Supervise and instruct QC/operator in the process of the incoming inspection, in-process inspection and out-going inspection to comply with quality standard requirement
    Work with production & FAC to resolve customer quality complaints and implement improvement actions
    Communicate with headquarter quality team about quality topics and improvement possibilities, make alignment with headquarter quality standard and requirement
    Coordinate calibration of test and measurement facilities

What We'Re Looking For

    University degree in power electronics or automation control related major
    Basic knowledge in power semiconductor device
    Minimum 3 years of manufacturing quality engineering control; experience in multinational company is preferred
    Experience in using SPC, FMEA, MSA, control plan, PPAP quality tools and etc.
    Familiar with ISO9001, VDA6.3 etc. quality standards and requirement; experience in UL is preferred
    Fluent in writing and speaking English/Mandarin
    Good PC office software skill
    Good communication skill, team work spirit, cooperative and initiative character is preferred
