Treasury Reporting Analyst

Ebury Malaga Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

This position will work within the Treasury Reporting and Control team of Ebury Group Treasury, interacting constantly with the Group Head of Treasury Reporting and Control.

What You’Ll Do

• You will be responsible for controlling the revenue and banking streams of Ebury under local GAAP, IFRS and management.
• Timely and accurate preparation of monthly treasury reports, including position reports and others for senior management and external stakeholders.
• You'll perform monthly reconciliations of treasury P&L related accounts, ensuring the integrity of financial data.
• Detecting, flagging reporting issues and coordinating with other departments across the business for potential correction actions.
• You will be the local lead of the technological treasury accounting integration.
• You'll have the opportunity to identify and implement improvements to reporting processes and controls, leveraging your knowledge of best practices.
• Document and control of processes facilitating the internal and external audit processes.

What You’Ll Need

• Team player, fast learner, able to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately. We are looking for an individual with drive and passion.
• Over 2 years experience working in the financial services industry in an auditing firm or as an accountant.
• High level in Microsoft Excel or GoogleSheet is a must.
• Flexibility with changing requirements in an evolving and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships. High level of English.
• Knowledge of derivative products (e.g., forwards, swaps, options) and their accounting treatment is a plus.
