Purpose of Position: We are looking for a motivated Food Technologist to support our R&D and Quality Team!

Activities:

• Develop and improve food products, from concept to launch
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation
• Conduct research and trials to enhance formulations and processes
• Chemical and physical analyses of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
• Microbiological analyses of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
• Sensory analysis of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
• Food Certification & Quality Assurance

Requierements:

• Education: Degree in Food Science & Technologies.
• Professional Skills: Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Experience: Experience in Quality or R&D in food companies.
• Language Skills: Italian & English language knowledge is mandatory.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.  
• Behavioral Requirements: teamwork, ability to adapt in a dynamic company, precision and attention to details, Strong interest and passion for quality and the food industry.
