We’re looking for an Event Marketing Coordinator to help plan and execute our in-person and virtual events that drive pipeline, strengthen brand visibility, and engage customers and prospects. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Events and Operations, you will support event strategy, logistics, and promotion; bringing creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to every project.

We’re looking for an Event Marketing Coordinator to help plan and execute our in-person and virtual events that drive pipeline, strengthen brand visibility, and engage customers and prospects. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Events and Operations, you will support event strategy, logistics, and promotion; bringing creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to every project.
What You'Ll Do
- Assist in planning and coordinating Recurly’s global portfolio of customer, partner, and industry live and virtual events.
- Support contract review, vendor communication, event coordination, swag orders and shipping of materials.
- Manage event registration platforms, attendee lists, and on-site details to ensure smooth execution.
- Help maintain an integrated events calendar and track key deadlines.
- Track and report event performance metrics such as registrations, attendance, engagement, and lead follow-up status.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for future events and assist with ROI analysis.
Who You Are
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in event marketing, marketing coordination, or related field, preferably SaaS environments.
- Detail oriented: Exceptional project management skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Collaborative: Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and external vendors.
- Strong communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred), Salesforce, and event platforms. Proficiency with Google Suite required; experience with AI tools a plus.
- Adaptable: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly as priorities change.
