Should You Accept This Challenge......

As an NPI Technical Program Manager within the Operations Program Management Team, you will be a driving force for operational excellence. From concept through mass production, you will orchestrate end-to-end activities in the Global Supply Chain Organization, with a focus on technical deliverables and deep collaboration across functions—especially with engineering. In this role, you will shape how we scale, optimize efficiencies, and support global demand.

What You Will Be Doing…

• Define and Manage NPI Operational Strategy: Develop and drive end-to-end NPI and sustaining program/project plans within Operations, ensuring day-to-day coordination, quality assurance, and on-time delivery. Own milestones, schedules, resources, costs, risks, and technical deliverables across internal teams and contract manufacturers. Lead seamless product transitions to deliver the best technical and quality outcomes for customers while balancing quality, customer experience, time-to-market, and cost (including E&O).
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact, engaging with both technical and non-technical groups across all organizational levels, including executives. Facilitate PRD/POR/DFx/Test reviews to ensure Operations requirements are incorporated in design or effectively mitigated. Provide comprehensive program visibility to stakeholders, executives, and team members through portals, dashboards, and metrics.
• Drive Process and Quality Improvement: Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives to scale operational efficiency, enhance product quality, and balance customer experience with time-to-market and cost. Apply exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence, align, and build high-trust relationships across functions.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THIS ROLE:

• Program Management Expertise: Proven success delivering complete engineered systems—including hardware, firmware, validation, and manufacturing—with high quality and predictable execution, from concept to mass production. Hands-on experience collaborating with global CM/OEM/ODM/IHV vendors through development and ramp.
• Technical and Business Acumen: Inquisitive and detail-oriented, with the ability to understand, test, and challenge both technical and business requirements while working collaboratively with business and technology owners. Strong skills with modern cloud-based productivity tools.
• Stakeholder Communication & Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with highly technical management teams as well as non-technical stakeholders. Skilled at influencing and building high-trust relationships with cross-functional teams and executives.
• Strategic Problem-Solving & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams and functions, apply critical thinking, and provide thought leadership. Thrives in fast-paced, rapidly growing environments, challenges the status quo, and exercises sound judgment in executive-level escalations.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is: $149,000—$224,000 USD
