Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Grow penetration of Cisco CX business. building business plans with key partners, helping the partners to execute successfully.
  • Drive Cisco partners’ investments for CX practice building, specializations, and business development.
  • Create and execute on CX channel programs, offers, bundles, promotions to accelerate the cross-sell, upsell motion.
  • Ability to drive sales through partners and help them drive end customer demand generation.
  • Work in tandem with the IM Renewal team on Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence. Adequate pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated territory.
  • Facilitate communications between partners and Ingram Micro and Cisco’s security portfolio sales team.
  • Drive partner mindshare around Cisco CX practice and be an evangelist for Cisco CX in the channel.
  • Drive Cisco partners to attain training to attain proficiency with the Cisco MSP PVI index.
  • Continuous improvement in self-research, learning and readiness on the new Ingram product offerings.

Requirement:

  • At least 3+ years Channel Sales experience in the Cybersecurity space or IT industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a disciplined manner.
  • Ability to build reciprocal relationships with different parts of the business, partners and customers and identifies synergies across lines of business (LOBs) and acts on opportunities to integrate business, with credibility at all levels, including Lines of Business and CxO.
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills. The role requires an ability to understand and clearly articulate the business benefits (value proposition) of Cisco security products and services.
  • Good understanding of security solutions and technologies
  • Strong competency in building value proposition and positioning strong proposals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate across all levels and effectively adapts to varied situations.
  • Be creative with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or related discipline.
