Quality Specialist - AI Trainer

We’re looking for a Quality Specialist with hands-on experience in AI training who can evaluate outputs for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with guidelines. You’ll apply QA best practices to assess data quality, identify systematic issues, and provide actionable feedback to improve both processes and outcomes.

On a typical day, you will review and audit AI-generated outputs, flag errors and inconsistencies, conduct spot checks across diverse datasets, and document reproducible failure points. You’ll collaborate closely with the training and evaluation teams to refine quality standards, enhance guidelines, and strengthen model evaluation metrics.

Prior experience in AI training or evaluation is required, along with a solid understanding of QA methodologies. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate findings are essential. Familiarity with annotation platforms, workflow management, or linguistic/technical evaluation is a strong plus.

We offer a pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above.
