Job Description

• Act as the on-site representative of the project team at the client’s New Hampshire facility.
• Conduct field surveys to evaluate current operating methods and processes.
• Identify and document operational dysfunctions, providing first-level analysis of findings.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to study potential optimization solutions.
• Support and lead the implementation of approved improvement initiatives.
• Maintain close interaction with client stakeholders across operations, production management, quality, logistics, and maintenance teams.
• Report regularly on progress, observations, and results to both the client and the project team.

Qualifications

• Engineering/industrial technician background with minimum 10 years experience in industrial environment (aeronautics, automotive, railway, etc.), in production environment
• Experience in continuous improvement and/or industrial transformation projects (study + implementation)
• Knowledge of production processes, maintenance, logistics, automation
• Lean manufacturing awareness
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Autonomous
• Good written and oral communication
• Technical and organizational analysis capability
• Proficiency in technical English and technical French
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• AutoCAD knowledge would be a plus
• Communicate effectively in both English and French with team members and client stakeholders.
