Military Engines Sustainment Quality Supervisor
What You Will Do:
- Lead the F135 Quality Inspection Team in the validating the final quality of delivered product and the training and certification of partnership inspectors and engine mechanics.
- Develop and maintain a qualified Inspection Team to support F135 Program Deliverables.
- Responsible for Quality Oversight of the overhaul process for F135 Engines and Modules at West Palm Beach depot.
- Oversee complete engine inspection aspects from Initial Induction, Overhaul, thru to Final Customer release.
- Lead and collaborate on multiple Cross Functional Teams supporting F135 Engine and Module Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Government Partnership Focal Points to support F135 Program Deliverables.
- Serve as an issue resolution focal point working with engineering, operations, government partners, and customer support engineering to drive continuous improvement in products and processes.
- Continuous evaluation and support of processes impacting F135 WPB depot activities.
- Review metrics and drive data based continuous improvement efforts at F135 WPB depot.
- Support the non-conforming material process within the F135 WPB depot Quality Clinic and larger depot MRB.
- Maintain close engagement with the F135 Quality Engineers and Quality Analysts for monitoring/review/compilation of performance metrics and maintaining focus on the Continuous
- Improvement Process within the F135 WPB depot.
- Focus on daily issues and resolving them as they are affecting throughput and ensuring inspection of the product.
- Work on quality investigations, root cause, standard aerospace processes and continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Preferred familiarity in quality assurance or experience with the following: non – conforming or RCCA, Material Movement; first article inspection; MRB; leading continuous improvement.
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
