The position will provide direct support to the production floor and report to the Sr. Analyst Production Control. A successful candidate will operate within multiple shop floor controls and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) related systems to ensure alignment between material position and production requirements. This role will work closely with the factory operations team to ensure all factory and program execution goals are met. The role will own and utilize key performance metrics to maintain system integrity and drive a high level of performance designed to support the customer’s experience.

What You Will Do

• Provide production floor support including replacement part management, shop floor material staging, Work in Progress (WIP) movement through shared resource areas, completion of units in shop floor and MRP systems, and delivery to next step (inventory or shipment).
• Evaluate all program requirements and coordinate with operations to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer needs.
• Provide status for work in progress, material availability, and potential production hurdles to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.
• Work daily to confirm material supply and demand.
• Process piece part movement to support internal build requirements through subcontractors, internal shared resources, and other Raytheon Technologies facilities.
• This position is an onsite role in our Andover, MA facility.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field
• Experience in production control and/or manufacturing planning

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with MRP, Special program access
• Experience in Material and Inventory Control-type systems such as Kanban, SMI, Continuous Flow Manufacturing
• Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook/Skype)

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
