In This Role, You’Ll:

• Create safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments
• Deliver age-appropriate programs aligned with the EYLF
• Support children’s holistic development through meaningful interactions
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Embrace continuous learning and professional growth

🎓 Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-recognised)
• Current Blue card valid for paid work
• First Aid Certificate (including Asthma & Anaphylaxis)

🧠 Essential Skills & Attributes

• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
• Ability to plan, deliver and reflect on high-quality educational programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in observing and documenting children’s development
• A team player who contributes to an inclusive and respectful workplace

💡 Desirable Experience

• Experience working in early childhood settings
• Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations
• Commitment to inclusive practices for children of all abilities and backgrounds
• Comfortable using tech platforms for documentation and communication
• Ongoing commitment to professional learning and development
