We’re seeking a dynamic and confident Educational Leader who’s ready to step up, lead with purpose, and inspire a team of passionate educators.

You’ll work closely with the service leadership team to guide pedagogy, mentor educators, and help shape a culture of reflection and continuous improvement. If you're an experienced early childhood professional with strong leadership instincts, this is your opportunity to make a real impact!

🎓 Essential Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-recognised)
• Current QLD Blue Card (paid work)
• First Aid Certificate, including Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
• Deep understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
• Confident in evaluating and improving educational programs
• Reflective practitioner with a growth mindset

🧠 Essential Skills & Attributes

• Ability to build respectful partnerships with children, families, and colleagues
• Previous experience as a room leader, mentor, or educational leader
• Inclusive practices that cater to diverse learning needs
• Solid knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
• Comfortable using digital tools for programming and communication
• Ongoing commitment to professional learning and sector engagement
