Role And Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

• Technical support to HA OEM customers during qualification and reliability activities  
• Assist OEM customers in identifying and qualifying new products opportunities
• Assist as needed in developing the customer business case for new concept solutions
• Perform detailed engineering analysis to quantify cost savings or other customer benefits
• Develop submittals/presentations including drawings, test results, and project milestone
• Communication channels between Korea HQ and customers during sales activities
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Build new and maintain B2B relations by creating new business opportunities
• Plan and coordinate supply chain management with OEM customers and HQ

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in engineering
• Good written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable working in customer-facing situations
• Possess strong analytical capabilities and ability to manage tasks associated with development projects
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proactive and results-oriented approach
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Problem solving
• Ability to travel approx. 10% domestic (R&D sites and OEM manufacturing)
• Bilingual in Korean and English

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $[84,000] and $[104,000].  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
