Are you looking for an opportunity to deepen your Recruitment Operations in a fast paced and exciting global environment? If so, this is the role for you.

As TAC you will be responsible for providing ongoing support throughout the recruitment process. You will also assist the Diversity Recruiters with various duties such as scheduling events, metrics, and reporting.

  • Perform & manage end to end candidate lifecycle process for Haleon APAC Coordinate recruitment schedules and activities via Eightfold Initiate, Audit & Report on Employment Background check verification
  • Employment Agreement Preparation

  • Audit pre- onboarding documents
  • Manage Candidate onboarding & Day 1 activities
  • Perform Workday Transactions

  • Responsible for all Vendor & PO management for recruitment services
  • Review and evaluate Recruiting activity to deliver metrics, reporting, feedback, statistics, and benchmarking data
  • Manage the teams internal shared areas and update the website as needed

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • High School diploma or a 2-year degree
  • 4+ years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Min 2 years of work experience from recruitment or HR Operations
  • Prior experience with Workday, Eightfold are added advantage • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SharePoint
  • Skilled at responding to complex inquiries
  • Ability to utilize proper judgment and initiative to ensure critical issues are handled appropriately
  • Ability to use discretion and confidence to deal with people at all levels • Experience in a high volume and fast paced recruitment environment
  • Well organized, able to prioritize work, and manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrates attention to detail 

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Knowledge in various software programs for recruiting, talent management, and vendor management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SharePoint
  • Skilled at responding to complex inquiries
  • Ability to utilize proper judgment and initiative to ensure critical issues are handled appropriately
  • Ability to use discretion and confidence to deal with people at all levels
