The Job:
The Senior Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence Manager is responsible for driving operational efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the implementation of best practices across the organization. This role requires strategic leadership, analytical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve business excellence. This role will report directly into the General Manager.
You’Ll Get To:
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in business processes and lead initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and ensure accountability.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of improvement initiatives across teams.
- Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to employees on continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining high-quality outputs.
- Innovation: Promote a culture of innovation by encouraging creative problem-solving and the adoption of new technologies.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in continuous improvement, business excellence, or operational leadership roles.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
